Aksakov20 Business and Conference Center is a fully renovated heritage building, located in the cultural center of Sofia, a short distance from the National Parliament, St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the President’s Palace and other landmark buildings. Aksakov20 Business and Conference Center was designed to exceed all requirements of a demanding private, corporate or diplomatic occupant. It meets the highest-level security and safety standards and is equipped with all modern amenities and most advanced features in terms of energy profile, security and IT, necessary to create a comfortable and pleasant working atmosphere.
The building consists of a total built-up area of around 2000 m2 over 6+1 (underground) floors, 3 of which were added during the renovation. All floors have high ceilings and have been tastefully outfitted with the highest quality materials, connected by a Brazilian granite staircase, as well as a modern Schindler lift. All floors are served by central heating/air conditioning, as well as a video surveillance and access security system, all of which can be programmed independently on each floor. All floors have bathroom and WC facilities made from Bulgarian limestone. All offices are served by high quality electrical and communications infrastructure, with multiple plugs/points in each area. Larges windows on all floors with operable panels allow cross ventilation, adequate natural ventilation, and increased day lighting.
The main administrative entrance to the building provides access to a large reception area, floored with Italian marble. From the reception area there is access to 2 offices, as well as a large conference area of 125 m2, also with its own separate entrance from a small garden. Able to accommodate 100 participants, this area offers the opportunity to organize private, corporate or diplomatic events. Close to the entrance there is a spacious and elegant reception room or sitting area, which could be used to receive important visitors or clients.
